Our Solution

FairEnough is a structured negotiation app for couples. Instead of unstructured arguments, partners go through a fair, transparent process:

1. List — Each partner privately writes down the changes they'd like.
2. Cost — Rate how difficult each change would be, from 1 (easy) to 10 (very hard).
3. Reveal — See each other's lists simultaneously. No peeking early.
4. Negotiate — Trade changes based on costs. Smart suggestions help find balanced deals.
5. Track — Follow through on your agreements and check in on progress.

The result: both partners feel heard, trades are fair (backed by numbers, not emotions), and there's accountability built in.

Why We Built This

The research

Research consistently shows that unequal division of household labor is a leading cause of relationship dissatisfaction. The "mental load" — the invisible work of planning, organizing, and remembering — falls disproportionately on one partner. Tools like spreadsheets or apps designed for roommates don't capture the emotional weight of relationship changes.

FairEnough was built specifically for romantic partners. It understands that "doing the dishes" might be a 2 for one person and an 8 for another — and that's okay. The point isn't to split everything 50/50. It's to find trades that both partners genuinely agree are fair.
